Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how WISE INTERNATIONAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as AgentPresent ("Company", "we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with agentpresent.app and the AgentPresent iPad application (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Terms of Service also apply.
1. Roles: agent users vs. client data
Agent users. This Policy primarily covers licensed professionals and firm personnel who create accounts ("Agent Users"). We act as a business that determines how Agent User account data is processed.
Client / prospect data you enter. If you enter a client or prospect name, age, illustration numbers, or similar information, or publish it via a share link, you (and/or your firm) are the controller of that information under applicable privacy laws. We process it on your instructions as a service provider / processor solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, providing any required notices to individuals, honoring their privacy rights, and complying with your firm's policies. Do not enter Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, medical diagnosis details beyond what your compliance program allows, or other sensitive data the Service is not designed to hold.
Share-link viewers. Individuals who open a read-only /view/… link generally do not create accounts. We may process minimal technical data (such as IP address, user agent, and access timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and delivery of the shared view.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address (e.g., magic-link sign-in); profile and branding settings you save
- Professional data: National Producer Number (NPN) and attestation records (including timestamps). NPN is self-reported for audit and is not verified against NIPR by default
- Case and workspace data: client/prospect identifiers you enter, ages, comparison cases, illustration numbers, pinned fields, playbook notes, and presentation snapshots
- Uploads: PDF producer guides and related files you submit; AI extraction and review outputs; upload audit records (e.g., filename, carrier, product name, review verdict, timestamp)
- Subscription data: subscription status and entitlements via Apple and/or RevenueCat (we do not receive full payment card numbers)
- Communications: support emails, waitlist/feedback submissions, and related correspondence
- Technical data: device/browser type, IP address, approximate network location derived from IP, crash logs, diagnostics, and basic usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Agent User data for cross-app advertising tracking. We do not share your uploads or case data with other agents for their independent use.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, sync, and secure comparison, presentation, share-link, and export features
- Process PDF uploads with AI on our servers (not solely on-device)
- Enforce quotas, attestations, audit trails, fraud/abuse prevention, and account security
- Process subscriptions and entitlements through Apple / RevenueCat
- Respond to support requests and service communications
- Improve product quality, fix errors, and develop features (using aggregated or de-identified data where practical)
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and respond to lawful requests
4. AI processing
PDF extraction and review may use third-party AI providers. Content you upload is sent to those providers only to perform the extraction/review you request or to secure and operate that workflow. We require contractual commitments appropriate to the service. Do not upload documents containing information you are not authorized to share with subprocessors. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you must verify all results before any client use.
5. Disclosures and subprocessors
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers / subprocessors that host, authenticate, process payments status, analyze crashes, or perform AI extraction. A current list is published at /subprocessors. They may process data only to perform services for us and must protect it
- Apple, regarding App Store purchases and subscriptions you make through Apple
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities / legal when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality
Share-link recipients see the presentation content you choose to publish. That disclosure is initiated by you, not by a sale of data by us.
6. Client share links
When you enable a share link, anyone with the URL can view the snapshot or live view you publish. Links are unlisted (not intended for search indexing) but are not password-protected by default and should be treated as confidential credentials. You are solely responsible for distributing links only to intended recipients, revoking them when appropriate, and complying with your firm's privacy and retention policies regarding client names and illustration data.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our processors may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preference storage, and basic operation of the website and app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may break sign-in or core features.
8. Retention
We retain account, case, upload, attestation, and technical logs while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for audits, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backups. Typical operational retention for active accounts is for the life of the account; deleted-account data is removed or de-identified from production systems within a commercially reasonable period (often within 30–90 days), except where longer retention is required by law, needed for fraud prevention, or stored in encrypted backups until rotated. You may request deletion of account-linked data as described below; share-link content remains until you revoke it or we delete associated case data.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable hosted infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding devices, email inboxes used for magic links, and share URLs. In the event of a breach affecting your personal information that requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice as required.
10. Your privacy rights (US)
Depending on your state of residence (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws), you may have rights to: know/access personal information; correct inaccuracies; delete personal information; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under CPRA beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
To exercise rights regarding your Agent User account data, email support@agentpresent.app. We will verify requests (for example, via your account email) and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where legally permitted, subject to verification.
Requests regarding client/prospect data you entered should generally be directed to you or your firm as controller. We will assist you with deletion or access to the extent the Service allows and as required by law when you instruct us as the service provider.
California residents: we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months. Categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 2 and align with identifiers, commercial/subscription information, internet/electronic activity, and professional information.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. International users
The Service is designed for and operated from the United States for U.S.-oriented professional use. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Do not use the Service if such transfer is unlawful for you.
13. Marketing communications
We may send operational emails (sign-in links, security, billing/subscription notices via Apple where applicable). If we send product updates or marketing emails, you may unsubscribe via the link in the email or by contacting support@agentpresent.app. Operational messages may still be sent.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we post revisions. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy where permitted by law.
