Email support@agentpresent.app. Use this address for account questions, the iPad app, and leftover billing questions after you contact Apple.

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
